- About SimonSaysMindset
SimonSaysMindset provides leadership training, sales performance training, live group training, executive coaching, business performance workshops, and related professional development services for companies, teams, and individuals.
- Services
Any training, coaching, consulting, advisory, or workshop service will be subject to a separate written agreement, proposal, quotation, or engagement confirmation.
The scope, fees, deliverables, payment terms, confidentiality obligations, timelines, cancellation terms, and applicable taxes will be agreed separately before any paid work begins.
- Paid services and international clients
SimonSaysMindset may provide paid training, coaching, consulting, workshops, and related services to clients internationally.
All paid services are subject to a separate written agreement, proposal, quotation, or engagement confirmation. The scope of services, fees, payment terms, deliverables, timelines, cancellation terms, confidentiality obligations, and any applicable taxes will be agreed in writing before paid work begins.
Submitting an enquiry or booking a consultation does not create a client relationship. A client relationship is created only once the relevant terms are agreed in writing.
- Consultations and enquiries
Submitting a contact form, enquiry, or consultation request does not guarantee availability or acceptance of a project.
SimonSaysMindset reserves the right to accept or decline enquiries, projects, collaborations, or service requests at its discretion.
- Fees and payment
All service fees, payment schedules, cancellation terms, refund terms, and applicable taxes will be agreed in writing before services are delivered.
No service is guaranteed until the relevant agreement, confirmation, and payment terms have been accepted.
- Confidentiality and NDAs
Where required, services may be subject to a separate confidentiality agreement or non-disclosure agreement.
Company information, internal processes, business strategies, team information, participant details, training discussions, commercial terms, materials, and any sensitive information shared during an engagement must be treated as confidential, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SimonSaysMindset and Simon Andras will treat client information with confidentiality and will not disclose confidential client information except where required by law or agreed in writing.
- Two-year non-solicitation protection
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SimonSaysMindset and Simon Andras will not directly approach, solicit, recruit, or attempt to hire any employee, contractor, representative, or participant introduced through a client engagement for a period of two years following the completion of the relevant training, coaching, or consulting engagement.
This protection is intended to give clients confidence that training and coaching services are provided for professional development and performance improvement, not for recruitment, staff targeting, or commercial access to their people.
The exact scope, duration, and application of any non-solicitation obligation may be further defined in the relevant written agreement or NDA.
- Client responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about their needs
- Ensuring relevant participants attend agreed sessions
- Communicating business objectives clearly
- Providing internal approvals where required
- Implementing agreed actions after training or coaching
- Ensuring that participants understand the purpose and scope of the engagement
- No guaranteed outcome
SimonSaysMindset aims to provide practical, high-quality training and coaching.
However, results depend on the client, participants, implementation, internal culture, market conditions, leadership commitment, individual effort, and many factors outside SimonSaysMindset’s control.
No specific business, sales, employment, promotion, career, financial, or personal outcome is guaranteed.
- Intellectual property
All website content, training materials, frameworks, documents, videos, text, branding, and other materials provided by SimonSaysMindset remain the intellectual property of SimonSaysMindset or the relevant rights holder unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients and participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, adapt, or commercially use materials without written permission.
- Use of materials
Training materials are provided only for the agreed client, company, team, or participant use.
Materials may not be shared externally or reused for commercial purposes without written permission.
- Third-party links and platforms
This website may link to third-party platforms, including social media pages or external websites.
SimonSaysMindset is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, content, policies, or actions.
- Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimonSaysMindset shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of this website or reliance on website content.
Any liability connected to paid services will be governed by the relevant written service agreement.
